Granny's Dublin Coddle.
Arguably the Marmite of the Irish, Dublin Coddle is a traditional dish, stewed in a pot and consisting of sausages, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, bacon, salt, pepper and occasionally carrots, herbs and Guinness. Historically, it's perhaps more prevalent with the working class and like all cultural dishes, family recipes have been passed down through the Granny.
